FRP Products

FRP Products is a random fibre mat that is utilised in a range of hand lay-up and open-mold applications and offers equal strength in all directions. To create a sheet of random fibre mat, continuous strand roving is cut into short 1.5 to 3 inch lengths, and the cut fibres are then distributed randomly over a moving belt. The mat is trimmed and rolled after a binder is used to keep the fibres together. When wet-out with polyester or vinyl ester resins, FRP Products can easily take on complicated shapes because to its random fibre orientation. FRP Products are produced as roll stock in a range of weights and widths to fit certain purposes.
